My dad has now joined the blogging community. I guess I should as well. A good friend of mine has had a blog ever since I met her (about eight years ago). It’s nice to read up on what her family is doing even if we sometimes have chats like the following:
HER: “I’ve got great news.”
ME: “What’s that?”
HER: “Oh…such ‘n such and so ‘n so.”
ME: “Oh yeah. I read about it on your blog.”
HER: “Oh. Right.”
Well, let’s see what happens with this.

Welcome to the ranks. And now that I've had a little time to think about it, I've begun to ascribe some sort of philosophical intention to the title of your blog. Darkness without amplification....it's an interesting thought.
